Found a property that belongs to your ancestor?
Great, let's address it! Forgotten properties on the map belonged to insufficiently identified owners in 2022. Most of them were transferred to the state as of January 1, 2024, but not all. There's a chance to get them back. Review the conditions and prerequisites, and don't hesitate to write or call us.
Prerequisites for cooperation:
1Property owned by the state or original owner
Check on the land registry website (ČÚZK) whether the parcel has been transferred to the state or whether the original owner is still registered.
2Property valued over 1 million CZK
If the land has already been transferred to the state, reclaiming it requires legal proceedings. Therefore, it makes sense to address properties valued over 1 million CZK. This corresponds to approximately two hectares of arable land, a building plot, or other property of similar value.
3Verification that it's your ancestor
Have you found a person in the list of forgotten property owners who you believe might be your ancestor? Try to verify or at least increase the probability that it is indeed your family member.

Client testimonials
"Cooperation with Mr. Jan Kolář was professional. At the last minute, he managed to save our property from reverting to the state, and during the inheritance proceedings, all necessary formalities were taken care of, including the sale.
We didn't have to pay anything. Thank you!"
"When my client told me she inherited money from another country, I was immediately skeptical. As a New York lawyer, I encounter these scams often. However, after talking with Jan and Ondřej, I saw that it wasn't a scam; they were professional, transparent, and delivered exactly what they promised. Everything went as they said, and my client received her inheritance."
